FAQ'S

Halloween is coming!

We invite you to experience our fang-tastic & wildly wicked festival!

With a lineup ready to raise the dead on the spookiest night of the year, you’ll encounter thousands of like-minded party people, monstrous production and spine-tingling displays inside our haunting big top.

Halloween Town Festival aims to cater for all access needs to ensure everyone will have an enjoyable time at our concerts.

The concert is held on a green field site. There will be pathways and tracking from the disabled car park into the ‘Big Top’ indoor concert arena. Once inside the concert arena there will be the following facilities available:

  • Accessible viewing platform – capacity is limited and at busy times those able to stand maybe asked to make way for those unable to.
  • Medical staff onsite
  • Assistance stewards
  • Accessible toilets
  • Accessible bar counters
Unfortunately, we do not have BSL/Sign Language interpreters at the concerts.

Companion/Carer Tickets:

Entitles the bearer to bring 1 (one) companion/carer free of charge. Please note that you will be required to purchase a valid admission ticket, and in order to verify your eligibility for the scheme you will need to send proof of entitlement, DLA or PIP (higher rate), Attendance Allowance (higher rate) or a valid Access Card (via CredAbility) to our customer service team. An email will be sent with further instructions. Please note we do have a limited number of tickets available.

On the day of the event, please visit the box office to receive your wristband to permit access to the platform.   The wristband entitles you and a carer (if you have one) access to the accessible wheelchair platform. Please do not apply for the accessible wheelchair platform unless you are a wheelchair user.  Please note the platform is a NO SMOKING area, this includes e-cigarettes & vapes.

Please note that there are limited spaces available on the accessible viewing platform. Once the platform is sold out, we are unable to accommodate additional customers; but you can still welcome to book your general admission ticket and a free companion/carer ticket to attend the event.  Please note that our accessible viewing facilities cannot cater to people with temporary impairment, such as broken bones or pregnancy. The facilities are for the specific use of access customers and we kindly ask that all customers respect this.
